We were honored to have more than 230 guests in attendance at the 2016 ACBA Installation and Distinguished Service Awards Dinner at the Rotunda Building in Oakland’s City Center.
Established in 1996, the Eviction Defense Center is a nonprofit (501c3) law corporation that serves indigent tenants in Alameda County. The Eviction Defense Center is one of the few agencies in Alameda County that offers representation in court through trial to indigent tenants, and legal services are either free or very low cost.
The Alameda County Bar Association is proud to honor Vincent Tong, of Tong Law, as our New Lawyer of the Year at our January 14, 2016 Board Installation and Distinguished Service Awards Dinner.
Vincent Tong is the owner of Tong Law, an employment and business law practice in Oakland. He regularly provides pro-bono legal services to low-income communities at various clinics throughout the Bay Area.
