Elder Mediation and Estate Planning: Dispute Resolution Before They Die

Join the ACBA Trusts & Estates and ADR Sections as we explore these questions and more. Engage in a dialogue between an optimist and a skeptic about the uses of facilitated conversations while estate planning clients are still alive.
