Night Court Notice

Effective Wednesday, March 14, 2018 Small Claims Night Court will be moving to the Hayward Hall of Justice. Traffic Night Court will be closing. Night Court will no longer be heard at the Fremont Hall of Justice or Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse. Small Claims Night Court will be heard on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Department 511 at the Hayward Hall of Justice commencing on March 14, 2018.
