Superior Court of California, County of Alameda

The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is proposing to amend Local Rules and Forms. You are invited to submit comments on the proposed amendments.  The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025. This notice and the proposed amendments are also available on the Court’s website, here and here.

Superior Court of California, San Francisco

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notice that the public comment period for the proposed changes to the Local Rules effective January 1, 2026, has commenced. The comment period will run from September 17, 2025 through November 1, 2025. The proposed changes may be viewed at this address: https://sf.courts.ca.gov/general-information/san-francisco-local-rules-court. Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Brandon E. Riley, Court Executive Officer. All comments must be received by Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
