Court Opens Pre-Trial Service Center
New office will help defendants meet Court requirements while on pre-trial release

Oakland, Calif. – April 14, 2025 – Defendants needing assistance to comply with court-ordered tasks as a condition of their pre-trial release from jail can now turn to the Superior Court of Alameda County for help. Learn more

Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(i), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notice that the public comment period for the proposed expedited changes to Trial Related Filings, Local Rule 16.6, effective May 19, 2025 has commenced.  The comment period will run from March 28, 2025 through May 121, 2025.

The proposed expedited changes to the Local Rules for San Francisco County may be viewed at this address:  https://sf.courts.ca.gov/general-information/san-francisco-local-rules-court

Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Brandon E. Riley, Court Executive Officer.

All comments must be received by SunMonday, May 121, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
