Announcement from Alameda County Family Court – Mandatory Email Submission to FCS: Parties to all family court matters in which the parties share minor children must email a Family Court Services Intake Form (“FCS Intake Form”) to Family Court Services. The form should be emailed as early as possible, preferably at the time of filing the Summons and Petition. Learn more

Coming Soon: Updated Password Standards Enforcement: Beginning August 17, 2026, PACER users who have not updated their password in the last 18 months will be randomly selected to update their password to comply with the updated password standards.
