Superior Court of California, County of Alameda

The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is proposing to amend the attached Local Rule. You are invited to submit comments on the proposed amendments.  Please see the attached Invitation to Comment. The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on September 18, 2025. This notice and the proposed amendments are also available on the Court’s website, here and here.

Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa

The Contra Costa Superior Court invites public comment on proposed changes to its Local Rules to be effective January 1, 2026.  Please see this announcement  concerning the process for comments.  The Court’s current Local Rules and a redline of proposed changes are available on the Court’s Local Rules page.  Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2025.
