San Francisco

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notice that the public comment period for the proposed changes to the Local Rules effective January 1, 2025, has commenced. The comment period will run from September 18, 2024 through November 2, 2024. The proposed changes to the Local Rules for San Francisco County may be viewed at this address:  https://sf.courts.ca.gov/general-information/local-rules-court. Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Brandon E. Riley, Court Executive Officer. All comments must be received by Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
