A Bay Area Legal Incubator | BALI team of Wooksun (Phil) Hong, Mitchell Chyette, and John Douglas Moore won an administrative mandate case against the State of California Victims Compensation Board for wrongly denying benefits to their client who was avictim of forced sterilization while incarcerated in state prison.
