The Contra Costa Superior Court invites submissions forproposed changes to its Local Rules to be effective January 1,2025.  Current and previous Local Rules are available at: https://www.cc-courts.org/general/local-rules.aspx. Any proposals must be received on or before July 8,2024, at 5:00 p.m. Learn more

The California Judges Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2024 Adam Z. Rice Memorial Scholarships. Applicants must attend an ABA-approved law school in California or be a California resident attending an ABA-approved law school, and they must also demonstrate financial need. Interested law students must submit a two-minute-long videoanswering specific questions along with their application. Submit an application at the button below before the July 12th deadline. Opening of Mediation & Early Neutral Evaluation Panels: The United States District Court for the Northern District of California is now accepting applications to join the court’s Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation panels. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning immediately and must be received no later than Monday, July 15, 2024, to be considered.
