Alameda County Superior Court

3.14.23 – The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is proposing to adopt the attached Local Rule. You are invited to submit comments on the proposed amendment. The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023. This notice and the proposed amendments are also available on the Court’s website, here and here.

San Francisco Superior Court

3.15.23 – Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notice that the public comment period for the proposed changes to the Local Rules effective July 1, 2023, has commenced. The comment period will run from March 15, 2023 through April 28, 2023. The proposed changes to the Local Rules for San Francisco County may be viewed at this address:  http://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org/general-info/local-rules. Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Mark Culkins, Interim Court Executive Officer. All comments must be received by Friday, April 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
