Contra Costa County

The Contra Costa Superior Court invites comment for proposed changes to its Local Rules to be effective July 1, 2023.  Please see this announcement concerning the process for comments.  Our Local Rules and a redline of proposed changes are available on our Local Rules page.  Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 20, 2023.
