9.13.22: The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is proposing to amend or adopt the below Local Rules. You are invited to submit comments on the proposed amendments. The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022.
Please note that on September 9, 2022, the Court posted the proposed amended or adoption of the attached rules.
09/09/2022 – Notice of Public Comment Period for Local Rules 3.27, 5.12, 6.1, 7.2 and 7.2.1

9.14.22: Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notice that the public comment period for the proposed changes to the Local Rules effective January 1, 2023, has commenced. The comment period will run from September 14, 2022 through October 28, 2022. The proposed changes to the Local Rules for San Francisco County may be viewed at this address: http://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org/general-info/local-rules. Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to Mark Culkins, Interim Court Executive Officer. All comments must be received by Friday, October 28, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.
9.14.22: Santa Cruz Superior Court – In accordance with California Rule of Court 10.613(g)(2) we are providing notice of proposed changes to our Local Rules of Court. Proposed changes can be reviewed at https://www.santacruz.courts.ca.gov/forms-filing/local-rules
