Bay Area In-House 2022 Compensation Survey

Help promote pay equity in legal teams!

Bay Area in-house legal team members are invited to participate in AABA’s third anonymous survey about in-house compensation. The survey data serves as a tool to equip the in-house community with valuable insights into compensation trends across several industries in the Bay Area, and help our communities negotiate competitively. Survey participants who are members of AABA or provide their email address in the separate form attached at the end of the survey will receive a report based on the survey findings in December 2022.
