February 28, 2022: UPDATED COURT MASKING POLICY EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2022 – Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS) and health departments from surrounding Bay Area counties rescinded certain indoor masking requirements for vaccinated individuals effective February 16, 2022. The Court had continued to require masks regardless of vaccination status. Effective March 1, 2022, members of the public who are fully vaccinated will be permitted to enter and remain in all Court facilities without a mask.
