Contra Costa County Superior Court

While several local counties including Contra Costa have rescinded indoor masking requirements for vaccinated individuals effective tomorrow, the Court will continue to require that visitors to its facilities wear masks regardless of vaccination status. Alameda County Superior Court

2/14/22 – The Superior Court of Alameda County will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022 for Presidents’ Day (observed).

Alameda Superior Court L&M Calendars: calendar for 2/28. Opening briefs were due February 10th due to the holiday and reply briefs are due this Friday, February 18th.  Next week Monday the 21st is a holiday and on Tuesday the 22nd there is only one Pitchess motion set in Dept 6 (along with some bail hearings and a motion for discovery).
