ACBA member and BALI mentor John Douglas Moore won two bench trials in the past 3 months, receiving the two decisions on successive court days. One case was defending a rare residential eviction via forcible detainer cause of action and the other sought removal of a co-trustee of a Trust. John is one of only six Alameda County lawyers board certified in civil trial law according to State Bar standards.
