You are invited to submit comments on the proposed amendments.  Please see the attached Invitations to Comment.

The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021.

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notification that the public comment period for the proposed changes to Local Rules has commenced on September 15, 2021 through October 29, 2021. The proposed changes to the Local Rules for San Francisco County may be viewed at this address:  http://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org/general-info/local-rules. Public comments can be sent by email to LocalRules@sftc.org and be addressed to T. Michael Yuen, Court Executive Officer. All comments must be received by Friday, October 29, 2021 at 5 p.m.
