4.8.20 – Superior Court of California, County of Alameda: New Local Form ALA-CRIM-EMER-001 and Amended Local Rule 4.115
The Superior Court of Alameda County has adopted new local form ALA-CRIM-EMER-001 and amended Local Rule 4.115 (Emergency Rule Adopting Temporary Emergency Bail Schedule). Both are posted on the Court’s COVID-19 web page and the Court’s Local Rules page.
At a later date, form ALA-CRIM-EMER-001 and amended Local Rule 4.115. will be integrated into Appendix A and Title 4 of Superior Court of Alameda County’s Local Rules and distributed as set forth in rule 10.613(g)(2).
4.9.20 – The Contra Costa Superior Court has issued new emergency local rules:
- Amended Emergency Local Rules – Criminal
- Amended Emergency Local Rules – Juvenile, including two new emergency forms.
- Supplemental Emergency Local Rules – Probate (NOTE: These Supplemental Probate Emergency Rules require the parties to provide notice in specific circumstances in Probate cases. Please review these Rules carefully, as they may require parties to review the Court website and notice other parties of new hearing dates.)
