The State Bar seeks public comment on proposals for regulatory reforms developed by the Task Force on Access Through Innovation of Legal Services (ATILS)

ATILS has developed 16 concept options for possible regulatory changes, including two different rule changes addressing whether a lawyer should be allowed to share a fee with a nonlawyer which would drastically change the way people find lawyers. Learn more and submit comments here
