Proposed Changes to Local Rules in Local Courts

The Alameda County Superior Court revealed its policy on the training Court personnel will receive related to the handling of immigration issues that may arise in court. The document is available on the court’s website here.

 

The Contra Costa Superior Court seeks comments regarding proposed changes to the Local Court Rules that will become effective January 1, 2020. The comment period will run from Monday, September 9, 2019 through Friday, October 25, 2019. Read more
