Proposed Changes to Local Rules in Local Courts

The Sacramento Superior Court has opened up a comment period for proposed amendments to its Local Rules. Comments are due by October 4, 2019 to localrules@saccourt.ca.gov. To read Presiding Judge David De Alba’s notice, click here. To read the court’s proposed edits, click here.

 

The Alameda County Superior Court revealed its policy on the training Court personnel will receive related to the handling of immigration issues that may arise in court. The document is available on the court’s website here.

 

The Contra Costa Superior Court seeks comments regarding proposed changes to the Local Court Rules that will become effective January 1, 2020. The comment period will run from Monday, September 9, 2019 through Friday, October 25, 2019. Read more

 

Santa Cruz County Superior Court’s Proposed Local Rules and Proposed New Local Forms effective January 1, 2020 are now posted at http://www.santacruzcourt.org/forms-filing/local-rules The public comment period will end on November 4, 2019.
