Wendel Rosen Black and Dean

Wendel Rosen Black & Dean LLP is the ACBA 2019 recipient of our Distinguished Service Award for Law Firm. They were recognized on January 24, 2019 at the ACBA Installation and Distinguished Service Awards Dinner.

Wendel Rosen Black & Dean LLP is one of the oldest law firms in the East Bay, and provides legal services in a broad spectrum of industries. The firm has been a staunch supporter of the ACBA, and has been a consistent Leadership Firm since that program was instituted. (Leadership Firms support the local legal community by having every attorney in the firm as a member of the ACBA. )

Not only has Wendel Rosen shown support to the ACBA through membership, their attorneys also actively lead the organization through participation on the ACBA Board of Directors, the Judicial Appointments Evaluations Committee and our 15 Section Executive Committees. The firm actively volunteers through Legal Access Alameda (formerly known as VLSC), and generously donates on an annual basis to ensure legal services are provided to those who cannot afford them.

Through years of leading by example, the partners at Wendel Rosen have developed a strong firm culture where involvement in the local bar association is not only encouraged, but expected. This culture has a profound impact on the success and development of not only the ACBA, but the legal community at large.

Wendel Rosen is the ideal leadership firm: dedicated to support the ACBA in its mission to promote excellence in the profession and to increase access to justice in Alameda County and beyond. We recognize Wendel Rosen Black & Dean LLP for their generous support, tireless dedication, and commitment to legal services.
