The University of California wishes to establish a panel of qualified law firms to assist with land use and environmental matters. As described further in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), a significant portion of these matters will involve California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) advice and compliance, as well as CEQA and land use-related litigation. Interested law firms may reply by responding to the attached RFQ. Submittals must be received by close of business on March 8, 2019, and must contain responses to all questions in the general section and in the section specific to pricing proposals. Responding firms must agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this RFQ. The plan is to select firms for the panel in the spring of 2019.
