Alameda County Bar Association

Test drive bar membership and find out if it’s a good investment in your career!

No risk, no obligation! We want to make it even easier to check out all the great benefits we offer our members. We’re offering all CLEs under two hours for free, and all networking events for free in October.

Joining your local bar is a great way to make connections, get discounts on products and services you use every day, and grow your practice.

Important Dates

Programs and events are held at the ACBA office in downtown Oakland unless stated otherwise. ACBA CLEs and networking events under 2 hours are FREE in October!

For our 1,500 members, membership in the Alameda County Bar Association brings educational opportunities, networking events, professional development, and a chance to lead and shape the legal community in Alameda County.  We have free CLE programs and benefits that apply to a range of legal professionals, from judges and attorneys, to paralegals and law students.

By joining any of our  practice area sections, members have invitations to social networking events, plus the opportunity to make their voices and opinions heard.

We listened to you, and we’ve made some major changes. We are excited to introduce you to the ACBA member benefits, including free CLE and free legal research.  Learn more
