Important DatesNew ACBA programs and events are added daily! For more information about July CLE programs and events, or to register, please call 510-302-2201, visit www.acbanet.org/calendar. Lunch (or snacks for evening events) will be provided for most MCLE programs. Registration begins 30 minutes prior to program start time, and events are held at the ACBA office, at 1000 Broadway, Suite 290, in Oakland, unless stated otherwise. Please note: there will be a $10 administrative fee if you cannot make the program, and do not cancel in advance. A $10 fee will also be assessed for day-of and walk-in registrations.

Come learn practical screening tips, how to understand the most common issues, and strategies for attacking frequent, and often complicated, scenarios. Hot topics will include jurisdiction, immediate relative vs. preference category distinctions, and consular processing.
