Chapter 13 Plan Modifications for Cases Filed After August 1, 2013 – 1.5 hours of legal ethics MCLE credit

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court Oakland and San Francisco Divisions adopted a New Model Chapter 13 Plan and Order of Distribution, effective August 1, 2013. The Oakland Division’s Chapter 13 Plan went from being a one page to a five page plan!

In this seminar, Judge Roger L. Efremsky and Martha G. Bronitsky will discuss legal issues concerning modifications of plans for cases filed after August 1, 2013.

Ninth Annual Family Law Training Series: The Basics – 12.5 hours of MCLE credit!

For new attorneys, transitioning attorneys, or attorneys wishing to learn family law – this training takes a family law case from initial client intake through judgment. Each evening, a member of the local family law bench along with a seasoned family law practitioner will teach substantive law and provide practical tips so that participants will be able to take on a pro bono case at the end of the training series.
