Greetings from the ACBA Real Estate Section!

In addition to many attorneys from large firms who provide real estate specialty services, our members include many solo and small firm practitioners of real estate law throughout Alameda County and adjoining jurisdictions. We strive to provide an ongoing forum for our members to network and become familiar with existing and new laws affecting both transactional and litigation related real estate matters. The Executive Committee spends a significant amount of time planning and arranging for monthly continuing education programs to be presented by knowledgeable people, at an affordable cost so our members can obtain timely, relevant real estate legal information, training and resources, regardless of firm size.

If you have time, please note that we have a standing invitation for any interested attorney to attend our Executive Committee meetings where lively discussions of current events frequently occur and gripes about the real estate practice are exchanged. 

Those of us who have long been members of the real estate section of the ACBA can attest that by participation, we have developed both legal skills and personal relationships which have been a benefit to our legal practices.
