Court Announcement Regarding Alameda County Court Reporters/Electronic Recordings for Court Proceedings

Please find attached information from the Alameda County Superior Court regarding the current shortage of court reporters in Alameda County Superior Court and the Electronic  Recording system, Liberty, now in place in Alameda County.

The Court answers Frequently Asked Questions about the court reporter shortage and alternatives to a regularly sitting court reporter given that shortage.
