Use this quick checklist to stay compliant in 2026:

  • Complete the annual civility declaration during renewal 
  • Submit CTAPP reporting, even if you do not hold client funds
  • Report pro bono or reduced fee hours for 2025
  • Prepare to disclose trust account records during CTAPP audits
  • Provide designated licensee information for trust accounts by required deadlines
  • Review updated State Bar fees effective January 1, 2026
  • Check My State Bar Profile for outstanding requirements
