We had another busy week at the ACBA!

The ACBA Real Estate Section held a MCLE on Wednesday, June 18th on the Nuts & Bolts of Commercial Real Estate Leases. — The ACBA Real Estate Section held a MCLE on Wednesday, June 18th on the Nuts & Bolts of Commercial Real Estate Leases with Barry Cohn and David Peterson.

The Trial Practice Section held a training on June 19th, Mediating the Smaller Case: A Moderated Panel Discussion at Wendel Rosen. Presenters Judge James R. Lambden, Judge Bonnie Sabraw, and Charles A. Hansen discussed how to prepare for, participate in, and successfully conclude a mediation in a smaller case, moderated by Eric Ivary.

Volunteer attorneys attended VLSC's free Assisting Self-Represented Litigants in Chapter 7 Bankruptcies training on June 19th, and committed to volunteering 4 times in the next year. — Volunteer attorneys attended VLSC’s free
