RE: Family Law 3150 Appointed Counsel Panel Application Renewal
Dear Alameda County Legal Community,
The Alameda County Superior Court is now accepting applications for participation on the Court's Family law 3150 Appointed Counsel Panel. This application process reflects the Court's initiation of a two-year Panel renewal cycle, designed to standardize the process for selection and retention of Family Law minor's counsel. Those selected for participation pursuant to this process will serve on the panel for a two-year period beginning January 13, 2014. (The Court reserves the right to remove panel members subject to its discretion) The current recruitment is open to both existing Panel members and new members interested in serving as minor's counsel in Family Law matters.
In order to be considered for participation effective January 12, 2014, and application must be submitted, regardless of current Panel membership. If interested, please complete the attached application by January 6, 2013, and submit to:
