Procedural Guidance for Class Action Settlements and Standing Order for All Judges Revised

A new version of the Court’s Procedural Guidance for Class Action Settlements went into effect on November 1, 2018.

In addition, the Standing Order For All Judges Of The Northern District Of California has been revised to require counsel in class actions to include in Joint Case Management Statements “whether all attorneys of record for the parties have reviewed the Procedural Guidance for Class Action Settlements.”
