The ACBA has you covered

Cannabis laws are evolving rapidly in California. ACBA practice area sections are hard at work pulling in top speakers from Northern California to cover top cannabis issues in various civil practice areas – real estate and land use, intellectual property, taxes, insurance, and family law. We currently have three programs on the calendar, we hope you will be able to make it!

Did you know?

The first cannabis law governing what would later become the United States was a decree made by King James I of England in 1619 requiring each colonist to grow at least 100 cannabis plants. For more history, check out our article from 2014: The Rise of Legal Cannabis by David Abernathy.
