Mr. Franklin has practiced labor and employment law for over 15 years. He has trial and appellate practice which involves discrimination claims in the workplace. Mr. Franklin has represented franchisee groups in complex class-action lawsuits and advises clients in public and private sectors about disability access laws under the ADA, Unruh Act and the California Disables Persond Act.

Kim Blackseth is the owner of Certfied Access Specialist. He has 23 years of expertise in disability access issues and has testified in court dozens of times for plaintiffs and for defendants. He was on the California Building Standards Commission in 2006-2007. He was awarded by the California Building Officials in 2007 for his efforts to improve Public Safety and Disabled Access for All Californians.
