James Zahradka, Esq. is Supervising Attorney of the Public Interest Law Firm (PILF), a program of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley based in San Jose. Mr. Zahradka is also the Board Chair of the California Reinvestment Coalition, the nationally known coalition of community-based consumer advocacy organizations throughout California that has been advocating for fair and equal access to credit for all California communities since 1986. The CRC worked closely with California Attorney General Kamala Harris to get the Homeowners' Bill of Rights passed and continues to work with the AG Harris' monitor, Professor Katherine Porter to make sure it is effectively implemented.
