About the Section

The purpose of the Labor & Employment Law Section is to conduct continuing legal education programs, publish and distribute educational and professional materials and undertake other activities that enhance the competence and professional development of lawyers and improve their ability to deliver the highest quality of professional legal services.

Upcoming Events

Wednesday, March 11, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Please join the ACBA Labor and Employment Section for a program specifically designed to help practitioners properly navigate the procedures involved in filing and responding to different types of labor and employment cases. This program will cover: statutes of limitations issues; exhaustion of administrative remedies; drafting initial pleadings, formulating discovery plans, and propounding initial discovery.
