Please join the Barristers Section for this comprehensive training on how to cross examine a witness. This training will include reasons for cross examination, and uses for cross examination at deposition, mediation, and trial.

Michael Gatto Michael Gatto is an attorney and member of the Rains Lucia Stern, PC Injury Resource and Litigation Group, which focuses on civil litigation for personal injuries involving complicated medical issues and disabilities. In addition, he has experience with professional negligence matters and business disputes. Michael is a former prosecutor and has tried over one hundred jury trials and over one hundred fifty bench trials. Michael began his civil litigation career representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice actions. For the past 10 years, he has used his extensive knowledge of medicine and trial experience to benefit plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
