Christine Tour-Sarkissian specializes in real estate law (both transactions and litigation.) She has been in practice since 1985, and co-founded Tour-Sarkissian Law Offices, LLP in 1988. She received a B.A. (with honors) in psychology from the University of San Francisco (1980), a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law (1984), and a LLM in Taxation from there (2004). Since 1995, Christine has been an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University School of Law, where she teaches Real Estate Transactions, Litigation, Real Property, Commercial Finance and General Civil Litigation. ’She is co-author of California Real Estate Cases 2000, published by California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), and has written numerous articles among them, on Mediation, Elder Abuse and Tenancy In Common Exchanges, in CEBs Real Property Law Reporter.

Professor Bernhardt is a leading authority on real property law in California. He has been in practice since 1961 and is currently a real estate professor. He has authored numerous attorney & student books and is editor of California CEB Real Property Law Recorder. Roger is a real estate expert witness and consultant. He has served on numerous real estate committees for the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
