Come have lunch with two Alameda County bench officers, Judge Sandra Bean and Commissioner Glenn Oleon in their chambers. This is a great opportunity to get to know your bench officers and ask questions in a relaxed and casual setting.

Judge Sandra K. Bean

Judge Sandra Bean was elected to the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, in 2009. Prior to taking the bench, she was counsel for Alameda County Adult Protective Services and Public Guardian/Conservor. She has a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, and an M.A. and B.A. from Wake Forest University.
Commissioner Glenn P. Oleon

Commissioner Glenn Oleon has served as a family court commissioner for the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, since 2003. He began his private law practice in 1976, which emphasized family law, estate planning, and probate litigation. In 2011, ACBA Volunteer Legal Services Corporation honored him with the "Mentor of the Year" award. Additionally, Commissioner Oleon has served regularly as a judge pro tempore at the Superior Court of California. He earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of California Berkeley.
