Dana H. Shultz is a business attorney with in-depth knowledge of law, business, technology, and the needs of startup and early-stage companies. Before starting his own law practice in Piedmont, Mr. Schultz provided in-house legal services at companies ranging in size from pre-IPO to multinational. He has served as Vice President and Legal Counsel at Visa International Service Association, General Counsel at Baron Data Systems, and Senior Staff Attorney at Lexis-Nexis. He is a founding member of the Bay Area Business Attorneys Network and US Launch Advisors, and a member of the International Technology Law Association and SVForum.
