Please join the Family Law Section for a seminar on the ins and outs of family law tracing. This program will demystify tracing by explaining tips and tricks from an expert in the field, helping attendees find flaws in a tracing, and providing an understanding of the burden of proof for family law tracing issues.

Eileen Preville was admitted to practice law in California in 1976 and is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar. Her practice focuses on private adjudication and mediation and she has been a panelist and speaker on family law issues at California State Bar conferences, programs sponsored by the Alameda and Contra Costa County Bar Associations, and many others. She is the author of the chapter on private judging in the Family Law Services Handbook: The Role of the Financial Expert (Glenn Burrage, Degrazia & Stewart, Wiley & Sons, 2011).
