This program will examine California laws, issues and common pitfalls regarding the presentation, creation, admissibility and objections to audio and video evidence sought to be introduced at civil and criminal trials. It will also address the best practices for finding, handling, and preparing audio and video evidence for trial. A must for civil and criminal attorneys!

David Notowitz is a forensic video expert, and founder of The National Center for Audio and Video forensics (NCAVF). His specialties include legal video enhancement, investigation, expert testimony, and media preparation for audio and video evidence used in mediations, arbitration, hearings, and court.

Mr. Notowitz has worked as a forensic video expert witness on many cases, both criminal and civil, assisting police officers, detectives, insurance investigators, public defenders, and corporate attorneys across the nation. He is appointed to the LA Superior Court Expert Witness Panel, and is an approved expert witness for public defenders in the state.
