Incapacity: Is Conservatorship the only Option?
Topics will include effects and problems with establishing a conservatorship, alternatives to conservatorship and an overview of the conservatorship process.
Participants must attend both courses on Wednesdays, February 20 and 27, 2013, and will be obligated to take two estate planning pro bono cases following the training. The training is offered for free in exchange for your commitment to take on two pro bono cases, but there is a $50 materials fee.
