All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc. is hiring a 1099 contractor to assist as a Family Law Attorney (50 hour monthly billable minimum commitment). This is a great learning experience for a newly barred attorney who wants to get hearing and trial experience fast, someone who can only work part time due to family commitments, or someone with legal experience who is now switching their field of law. We are a self-funded nonprofit that is committed to assisting low income/modest means families by charging on a sliding scale starting at $50/hr. We handle restraining orders and family law issues (divorce, custody, support, etc). We will also consider an employee staff position for the right candidate.
