EBCLC’s housing team is hiring for 3 different positions (full postings attached): 

  • Deputy Director: Our deputy director will focus the administration of our team, composed of 15 advocates, as well as the broader organization of EBCLC. This position, which does not require a JD, is essential to supporting the diverse work of our team, from facilitating our clinical program, to overseeing grants, our intake team, tenant rental assistance, and several other programs. 
  • Staff Attorney: You’ll be joining 9 other housing staff attorneys, whose practice focuses primarily on eviction defense, rent board hearings, and subsidized housing advocacy. In addition, all staff attorneys are clinical supervisors who supervise law students throughout the year.  
  • Program CoordinatorOur program coordinators work on the front lines, fielding hundreds of calls from tenants each month. You’ll be joining a team of 3 program coordinators who work together to field tenant calls, while also supporting our unit’s various advocacy efforts.
