Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Marketing Service: How It Works
How It Works
The process for an ADR provider to post his/her resume on the ACBA website is as follows:
The ADR provider must be a current ACBA member in good standing and also an ADR Section member.
Beginning January 1, 2005, the ACBA began accepting resumes and fees,
or for some of you, renewal fees for continuing with the ADR resumes
online services. Interested members will forward their resumes to
Shannon Goecke. Please note that resumes must be no longer than one 8"x11" page. Resumes may be submitted in Word, Wordperfect, or PDF format.
The ADR provider must also pay an annual fee of $150 to have his/her resume posted on the ACBA website for one year. Please note that resumes cannot be posted until payment is received.
The ADR provider may also include his/her email and URL for his/her website, if applicable.
The ACBA will upload all new resumes received on a monthly basis.
Changes to resumes will be updated on a quarterly basis. Request for
changes will also be sent to Shannon Goecke.
Lawyers and their clients will be able to review the posted resumes.
Individuals interested in receiving additional information or engaging
an ADR provider would contact him/her directly to set up case hearings.
The ACBA will not require any paperwork or case application to be filed.
